Introducing The Little Yorkshire Dance Academy, where magic and creativity come alive through the joy of dance. Founded in 2019 by ISTD dance teacher Joanna Harker, our academy has been enchanting children across Yorkshire with our imaginative and engaging dance classes. More than just a dance class, we are a vibrant community that hosts themed pre-school events and collaborates with local charities to ensure every child has the opportunity to dance.

Join us for our captivating classes:

🌈 Mini Movers
- 09:30 – 10:10
- A magical 40-minute class for toddlers and their parent/carer
- Focused on fun, confidence-building, and strength development through balance and coordination
- Encourages imagination and a love for dance with themed music and props
- Suitable for children up to 2.5/3 years, including those not yet stable on their feet
- Each child receives a delicious snack after class to refuel after all the dancing!

🌈 Pre School Performers
- 10:30 – 11:10
- A 40-minute class for little ones to enhance imagination and physical development through dance
- Explores movement, rhythm, and basic ballet steps
- Fosters confidence and friendship in a fun-filled environment
- Designed for children from 2.5 years to pre-school age
- Each child receives a delicious snack after class to refuel after all the dancing!
