In our classes, the focus is on having a blast, bonding with your child, and enhancing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and toning in key areas post-birth. Through aerobic, resistance-led, and floor work, mothers can enjoy a fun workout while their children benefit from social interaction with their peers and the comforting closeness of their mama.
