In the heart of Dunstable, Shizen-No Judo Club offers a warm and inclusive community for judo enthusiasts of all ages. Founded by Riki and Aga, our club is dedicated to providing a safe and friendly environment where members can have fun while learning the art of judo. With Riki Urquhart, a 3rd-degree black belt with over 35 years of experience, as our head coach, we offer coaching for beginners through to National level players. More than just a martial arts and sports club, we are a close-knit family, welcoming everyone to experience the unique camaraderie of our judo community.

SUNDAY - 1-2pm 5-9 yrs, 2-3pm 10-15yrs,  3-430pm 16+ junior green belts.  WEDNESDAY - 8-9pm 16+ junior green belts.
