Join us for an invigorating 30-minute HIIT class designed for all abilities. Held at St Peters Assembly Rooms in Hale on Fridays at 9:30 am, this class is perfect for postnatal individuals who are at least 6 months postpartum and injury-free. Bring your buggy and toddlers along – they can sit, play, or even join in the fun! Our focus is on fat burn, endurance, lean muscle development, and improving cardio fitness.
In addition to our Friday class, we also offer a session on Mondays at 12:30 pm at John Leigh Park.
