Our Active Antenatal classes offer a holistic approach, blending elements of active birth, pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, and antenatal education to support you through every stage of this remarkable time. From easing pregnancy discomforts to preparing for birth, our classes are tailored to empower you with knowledge and strength.

- Classes are open to expectant mums from 14 weeks pregnant until the baby's birth
- Each class is 1 hour 30 minutes long and costs £62 for a 6-week block
- Held on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in Leire Village Hall (Main Street, Leire, LE17 5HE)
- New participants join at the beginning of each 6-week block

Pricing:
