Our structured awards program is designed to help your little one progress into a confident swimmer, starting from as young as 6 weeks old up to 12 years old. Through engaging activities and games, we nurture your baby's natural reflexes, fostering voluntary swimming movements in the water and laying the foundation for independent swimming.

Early swimming has been shown to:
- Develop water confidence, strength, coordination, and alertness

Our progression path:
- Starfish Awards through the STA for children over 2
- Stanley Awards for children over 5
- Swimmers Academy for developing swimming techniques and stamina

Locations and schedules:
- Kilima Hotel, Holgate Road on Mondays
- Roko on Tues, Wed, and Friday
- New Earswick on Tues and Thursday
- Robert Wilkinson School on Saturday for all ages and abilities
- Pocklington School on Saturday for all ages and abilities and Wednesday after school for 4 years plus
- Stamford Bridge on Saturday for all ages and abilities and Thursday after school for 4 years plus
