Our gentle, 5-week course is designed to create a safe and comforting space for both you and your baby. Each session is tailored to your baby's needs, allowing them to feed, cuddle, or sleep as they please. And don't worry if your baby cries – this is a judgment-free zone where you can feel at ease.

During the course, we'll explore the art of baby massage, starting with the legs and feet in the first week and gradually working our way up the body. Each week, we'll revisit the massage sequences, ensuring you never miss a beat. You'll receive helpful handouts with easy-to-follow diagrams, and we'll infuse the sessions with delightful sing-alongs and rhymes that your baby is sure to love. And if singing isn't your thing, that's perfectly okay too.

As you and your baby relax on provided mats, you'll have the opportunity to bond in a warm and inviting environment. We encourage you to bring a towel that carries the comforting scent of home, and in return, you'll receive a goody bag complete with organic sunflower massage oil to continue the experience at home. The room will be kept at the perfect temperature for massage, ensuring a cozy and soothing atmosphere. And to top it all off, we'll conclude each session with homemade treats, a warm beverage, and friendly conversation.

Tuesdays at 10:30 This popular venue is a fabulous space for the community, based in the popular Davyhulme Park. With free parking directly outside the hall and on Canterbury Road. The 1 hour classes will be on a Tuesday morning, 10:30 - 11:30.
