Emilie is a Doula, Antenatal and Triyoga trained pregnancy and postnatal Yoga Teacher, Franklin Method Pelvic Fascia Trainer, Advanced Biomechanics for Birth practitioner, and a mother of two with over 13 years of experience supporting expectant parents.
